These Terms of Use set out the conditions that apply to your use of Sevgi Baby Development Tracker (the "app", "Sevgi"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. What Sevgi Is

Sevgi is a mobile app that helps parents and guardians track the development and daily care of children aged 0–6. The app offers:

• Development milestones informed by current developmental science
• Age-appropriate activity suggestions
• Personalized content based on the development priorities you choose
• Sleep, feeding/nursing, and height-and-weight (growth) tracking with live timers and WHO growth curves
• Healthy, age-appropriate recipes, a step-by-step recipe builder using ingredients you have, and a recipe book
• Weekly development reports and visit reports you can share with your doctor
• Expert-authored articles on sleep, nutrition, behavior, play, and more
• An activity journal where you can add notes
• An Apple Watch app, Home & Lock Screen widgets, Live Activities, Siri shortcuts, and Spotlight integration
• Optional Apple Health sync (height and weight)
• Age-group transition celebrations and birthday notifications

2. Creating an Account

• You need an account to use Sevgi. You can sign in with Apple, sign in with Google, or register with an email address.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You may only create profiles for children you are the parent or legal guardian of.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Free plan:

• Up to 5 activity views in total (permanent, does not reset)
• One daily activity (separate from the 5 total)
• Up to 5 recipe views in total
• 1 child profile
• Sleep, feeding, and growth tracking (daily logging)
• 1 milestone per development area (weekly view)
• All achievement badges
• Activity journal, recipe book, and favorites

Premium plan:

• Unlimited access to every activity
• Unlimited access to every recipe, plus the recipe builder
• Detailed statistics and development reports; share sleep, feeding, and growth data with your doctor
• Up to 8 child profiles
• Full weekly tracking of all development milestones
• Personalized activity and content suggestions
• PDF development report

Premium subscriptions are handled through the Apple App Store. The following terms apply:

• Monthly or yearly plans are available
• The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• You can cancel at any time through your App Store account settings (cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date)
• You will not be charged if you cancel during the free trial
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time in an active period

4. Your Responsibilities

When using Sevgi, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and these terms
• Not share other people's personal information without their permission
• Not misuse the app (no spam, hacking, or harmful content)
• Only create child profiles for children you are legally responsible for

5. Content and Intellectual Property

• All content in the app (text, images, recipes, design) belongs to Sevgi.
• Content is provided for personal use only and may not be copied for commercial purposes.
• Activity, article, and recipe content is prepared by qualified child development specialists and dietitians, drawing on established research.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Sevgi takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of its content, but the app does not provide medical advice.
• Recipes and nutrition suggestions are for general information only; consult your pediatrician about allergies and special circumstances.
• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Temporary access issues may occur due to technical maintenance or outages.
• Sevgi is not responsible for decisions you make based on information in the app.
• Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.

7. Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account at any time from within the app: Settings → Privacy → Delete My Account. After deletion:

• All your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days
• If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through the App Store
• Deleted data cannot be recovered

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of the Republic of Türkiye, unless applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
