At Sevgi Baby Development Tracker ("Sevgi", "we", "us", "the app"), we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data. It is written to meet the standards of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Height and weight are health-related data and are processed only so you can follow your child's development. Usage analytics never includes your child's name, date of birth, or any height, weight, sleep, or feeding value — only a value-free "a record was added" signal. Analytics records are matched to a random number created on your device and, after you sign in, to your account's random ID number.
The last column shows the legal basis for each purpose under the GDPR and the UK GDPR.

We never sell your personal data or share it for marketing. We share only what is needed, and only with these companies:

Our in-app usage analytics stays on our own infrastructure; it is not used for advertising and is never shared with any company. We don't collect your advertising identifier (IDFA) and don't track you under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. The app contains no third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or the Meta SDK. We also receive aggregated campaign reports through Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork. Where data is transferred to the United States, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and other safeguards recognized under GDPR.

Sevgi is designed for parents and guardians, not for children. The app is intended for adult users aged 18 and older who are tracking the development of a child in their care.

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → My Account → Delete My Account. Your account, child profiles and records are permanently deleted within 30 days. Usage analytics and ad measurement records are deleted according to the periods in Section 5. If you have a Premium subscription, cancel it separately in the App Store.
The Sevgi app does not use cookies.
Website (sevgiapp.com): On our website we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful, and Google Ads conversion measurement to see which promotion led to an App Store visit during periods when we run ads. For this purpose a cookie is placed in your browser, and page views, approximate location (country/city level), browser and device type, and whether you clicked a "Download on the App Store" link are sent to Google. This measurement concerns only your visit to the website; it is not linked to your app account, your child's information, or any record you enter in the app. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works fully without them.
